Anaheim
A medium thick walled chile, growing up to 7" long, good northwest variety, mild
Ancho
Large heart-shaped fruit,  red at maturity, with sweet distinctive flavor also called Poblano, medium.
 
Ancho Mulato
Same as Ancho but turns  brown at maturity, medium
 
Arizona 20
Good thick walled pepper, good yielder, mild

 
Carolina Cayenne
An excellent pepper for pickling or fresh, mature fruit is deep red and approximately 3" long, very hot

Cayenne Large Thick
Commercial variety of the long, thin that is used as a dry powder. 5-10" long, very hot
Cayenne Long Slim

ome garden variety that grows approximately 5"  long, very hot

Charleston Hot
C
ompact plant growing approximately 18'' high. Fruits are yellowish turning red at maturity, very hot 

Chile De Arbol
Similar to Cayenne, but the fruits are 2-3"  long turning red at maturity, this makes a really good red sauce, hot
El Jefe Jalapeno
4.5 x 1.5 is this the largest?  You be the judge!  Great taste and hot!
El Rey Jalapeno
A heavy producer with thick walled fruits on compact dark green plants, one of my favorites, hot
Hungarian Yellow Wax
Waxy fruit measuring 5" long tapering to a point, used for stuffing, mild
Jalapeno M
Thick pungent 3.5" fruit, continual production, mild 


 
Malagueta
This native of Brazil produces a bushy, dense plant with very small upright fruit, measuring less than an inch in length. Very rare in the U.S. 120 day minimum to reach maturity, very hot
 
Mesilla Cayenne
A hybrid pepper that produces long fruit approximately 12",  maturing a beautiful red, hot
 
Mexi Bell
The only bell pepper with heat, mild  
 

Santa Fe Grande
Yellow wax type,
3-5" long, excellent for pickling, matures orange, medium
Sonora
 
A perfect chile for rellenos, meat is thick and peppers measure up to 10", mild
Tam Mild Jalapeno
Jalapeno, but without all the heat

Tam Veracruz
High yielding 2.5" pods, with dark green leaves, mild
Aji Brown
Brown at maturity, 3-5"  long
Sweet mild flavor
Chimayo
Small New Mexican type that was bred for cooler climates, 4" long and has an 
excellent flavor, medium

Greenleaf Tabasco
This Tabasco variety is resistant to the tobacco etch virus, hot (20 seeds per packet)

Guajillo
 
Shiny, elongated,  red with brown tone fruit, good dried chile, medium
 
Habanero Orange
1-2" long, with sweet fruity taste that is followed by an intense heat used mainly in sauces and seafood dishes, very hot
 

Santaka
Small pods approximately 2 " in length, Japanese pepper used in stir fry's and soup, very hot (20 seeds per packet)

Scotch Bonnet
Exotic fruit that s bonnet shaped with a depressed base, maturing either red or yellow, very hot
Tabasco
